<p>They see all your SAT scores, and they'll consider all of your SAT scores.</p>
<p>I think the question you pose would really only matter that much at a school that uses a very formulaic, numbers based admission system.</p>
<p>They do see all of your scores, but they're really just supposed to consider the best ones. So yes, they do superscore.</p>

<p>But a high score will be a lot more impressive if you get it on your first try, rather than if you've taken it 5 times and they have to combine scores from three different sittings.</p>
