Superscoring

My goal on the SAT was to get a 2200+. First SAT I got CR 680 M 730 W 740. Second SAT I got CR 730 M 680 W 770. My best single sitting is 2170. My superscore is 2230. I'd be satisfied with a 2230 superscore if I knew that colleges actually counted superscoring. Should I retake it to get a best single sitting or be satisfied with a superscore of 2230? Will the colleges primarily look at how I went down in math?
My PSAT was CR 77 M 73 W 73. I want to apply to be a national merit finalist, but my scores on SAT aren't equal to that of the PSAT. If I don't do better than the PSAT, can I apply to be a finalist?
FYI, My top college I want to apply to is Bowdoin, but I'm also going to apply to two ivies.

bump 10char

Just saying you’re exactly like me but with a better SAT score (I suck at the SATs unfortunately while my gpa and some of my other stats are kinda stellar if I do say so myself). I’m probably applying to Bowdoin with Brown and Dartmouth as my two ivies. (You said Bowdoin + 2 Ivies lol)

I worded my question oddly. For NMF, one needs to get an SAT score = PSAT score. My superscore is 2230: 730 CR 730 M 770 W. But my PSAT is 77 CR and 73 W. Does that matter???

no as long as you’re SAT score isn’t really bad, NMF won’t care.
