<p>Would it be unwise to talk about me being gay for the community essay on Michigan's supplement?</p>
<p>I did that on mine. University of Michigan is a really accepting place. I think they’re 2nd most friendly for LGBT students. So it shouldn’t be a problem at all. But if you still don’t feel comfortable putting it down, don’t then. I would’ve been screwed anyway because all of my EC’s are LGBT-related.</p>
<p>Well I did it. Just hope it wasn’t a poor choice. I felt it was the most compelling community though, I’d already talked about any other community enough.</p>
<p>I am a current student at the U-M. You will definitely be fine if you wrote about that. As the poster above me stated, this is a VERY accepting place.</p>
