<p>Like letters of recommendation? I did that. Depending on who it is (if it's a teacher, use the same format as for other teachers -- at this point I've forgotten what that format is!). If it's a coach, or someone else, just put it in an envelope sealed/signed envelope and include it with your other letters. That's what I did. I sent in two extra.</p>

<p>Did you need to write "supplementry letter" anywhere? I remember someone said it's needed.</p>
