Supplement: Cities and countries where you have lived?

<p>On the Harvard supplement, there's this question: Please list the cities and countries where you have lived, with years of residence in each.</p>

<p>The application only allows for four spaces for answers. This is a problem for me, because I've lived in five different cities. Should I just omit a city or something? If so, there will be a time gap for the "years of residence." T.T</p>

<p>Any advice?</p>
