Hey guys! So recently Ive been looking into cornell CALS supplement essay and the promt is;
Why are you drawn to studying the major you have selected? Please discuss how your interests and related experiences have influenced your choice. Specifically, how will an education from the College of Agriculture and Life Science (CALS) and Cornell University help you achieve your academic goals?
So the problem is, my common app essay is all about my love for animal science and experiences I have had with animal science. It basically answeres everything except the “how cornell can help” part. I am thinking about moving my common app essay (450 words rough draft) into supplement essay and add the cornell part of it but the tone of this essay is more lik lighter story that have bunch of anecdotes. I dont really think it is fit to be a supplement essay… What should I do?
Is it ok to write about animal science in my common app essay and kind of repeat it on supplement essay? or do you suggest moving my current essay into supplement and write a entire a whole different thing for common app?
