supplement?

<p>so i was looking over the stony supplement.. it seems there isnt one unless one is applying to the honors/wise program, is this correct?</p>

<p>also, another question ( off topic)
but is there a certain date someone applying from NY should have the stony app in by? i know the deadline is jan.15 but ive heard stony stops accepting NY applicants earlier than the actual deadline.. hoping its just a rumor?</p>
