Has anyone who received the supplemental application received an admission decision from UC Irvine?

No, not yet…still waiting to hear.

i havent heard yet and i filled one out

It’s a shame they sent these supplements out so late in the process. UCLA and Berkeley sent them out in January. My son turned his in on March 7th and had friends who were accepted to Irvine a few days after he turned his supplement in. It definitely leaves you with the feeling you are in the very last stack being reviewed.

@tspoonsmom I definitely feel like if I got a spot it was a last minute decision. Makes me uncomfortable.

I submitted mine on the 22nd of February and I was just accepted today. It says on the website no decisions after 9 am but when I checked at 10 this morning I was “still being considered.” I checked around 10 pm and I had been accepted.

i was never asked for a supplement? should i worry, or no?

No. Getting the supplement request isn’t really good or bad, I don’t think. They just want extra info before rejecting or admitting you. If you didn’t get one I think it just means they made a definite decision no or yes.

@Batlashes…hope is a wonderful thing! Thank you!

@tspoonsmom Haha no problem. Best of luck to your son! :)

Got a supplement sort of last minute like you guys and today, just got notification that I got in. Good luck!

Same as @basaka. Got the supplement and got in today :]

I guess today was supplement applicants acceptance day! I got accepted too, and I also had the 5-days-to-write-supplement situation.

I submitted the supplement on the 27th of February. I have not heard back yet.

i submitted mine on march 4th and still havent heard back.

i thought i was a competitive applicant… but i guess they think otherwise :/

Admitted today! Submitted the Supplemental on Feb. 12th.
