<p>I plan on double majoring in college; so, in my common application essay I wrote about how I came to choose my one major--marine biology. In the supplemental essay I was going to write about the other major and how they where major components in my choosing of the school. Is it okay to reference my common app essay in my supplemental essay?</p>
<p>I’ve heard to not write any two essays on the same topic. I, personally, would stay away from what you’re saying. It kind of makes you seem one-dimensional, like you only could think of one topic but two ways to write it. Sorry if that seems harsh, I’m SURE you are not one-dimensional!</p>
