<p>yeah, that's perfectly fine. concertos tend to be fairly long and the committee only has so much time they can devote to assessing your application. i applied and was accepted EA last year and sent in a sole movement of a sonata for example.</p>
<p>I'd say one movement of a concerto was too long. Or put it this way, they won't listen to it all. A single movement of a sonata would probably me, in my opinion, a good limit.</p>
<p>I mean, you wouldn't send a CV in that took 10 minutes to read, would you?</p>
