<p>I am not entirely sure of the procedure for submitting a supplemental recommendation. On Duke's Form A, there is an option for another recommendation that will not be formally evaluated as part of your application. I don't know how the admissions office is supposed to recognize who it is for if the writer just sends it in, so I am I supposed to collect it from them and give it to my counselor to send with everything else? Thanks for any help.</p>
<p>i think the assumption is that they will put your name on thier recommendation...so that will let them know who you are. i sent all of my forms in at different times, so they will just collect all of your stuff and put it in your file.</p>
