<p>Does anyone know the process as to how to go about submitting supplemental recs? (from a coach, mentor, etc). It can't be done through commonapp since commonapp only receives recommendation from school licensed officials like teachers or counselors. Do I just mail their letter to my desired schools' office of admissions? If so, do I need to attach any type of form or commonapp ID number so they know its part of my application? Please help!</p>

<p>Give each additional person a Teacher Recommendation form, and a stamped envelope addressed to each college. They will then mail directly to the school. The common app form will help the school match the recommendation with your file.</p>
<p>If you print out the teacher rec form, it should populate all the vital info about your name, address, HS name etc. </p>
<p>However, if the recommender just wants to write a straight letter for you without filling in the form, then you can have them put both in the envelope so your info goes with their letter.</p>
