supplementary material...urgent HELP!

Ok so when I was like 14 I started writing for a Metal online magazine(concert and album reviews, interviews etc) and I’ve been doing it ever since. I would like to send some of my written reports or interviews and a few photos to the university I’m applying to, but I can’t really decide which. I called the university and they said I should limit myself to what I think shows my true qualities. But which ones??
Will it hurt if I send a good interview which was made by a friend and me and not only by me? If anyone has the patience to look through about 5 reviews or so and choose the best 3 it would help me a lot.
Also I could easily post a few links(with the published material) so that they can look through it, but I’m sure they’ll pass so I guess it’s better to send them a paper copy or a CD. Any advice?

Please help me decide what I should send.
Thanks!!

Don't send actual copies of the text or photos. Mentioning it and elaborating upon it in your Additional Information section of the Common Application should suffice. Admissions officers do not have time to look at the actual work and they will cringe when a student sends in something because they'll be drowning in work already.

well shouldn't I include what I've written in my supplementary portofolio or smth?

bumppppppppp

less is more, a short excerpt should be good enough, talk about what it did for you, what did you elarn, etc....

so no written examples per se?
