Over the past couple of years, I've been designing a space combat video game in my spare time, and I'm wondering if it'd be kosher to include a link to a website with a 3 minute clip of gameplay, and a short gallery of the design process in the Supplemental Application Materials - other field.

If your designs are of outstanding quality, something extraordinary, then you should include a link to the website on all your applications with an explanation.

You can either list the URL with the relevant extracurricular activity on the EC list or use the “Additional Information” section on the Common Application to list the URL along with a brief explanation.

The problem is that I don’t want there to be redundancies for colleges that do provide a dedicated url space. I guess I’ll find some “other stuff” field to dump it into

I would fax a powerpoint or something describing the work you did. Maybe this is completely off base but my sister did it last year for similar projects and was admitted.
