I studied in 3 different schools ever since 10th grade. My first high school was in Taiwan and then I studied in 2 different American high schools afterwards. Should I then send in additional secondary school reports from the previous schools I attended? Can I if I wish too?

Are 2 additional recommendations from mentors ok for JHU? I know some colleges completely refuse any additional rec. and I don't know how does it work with JHU.

What is the best way to present a scientific paper as supplementary? Should I submit the whole paper or should I abbreviate it in advance. Will professors in related field read this paper or who will read it? I'm applying ED as BME major and my paper is related to the field and I really wish professors in BME and take a look of it.
Thanks in advance!

Simple answer: you need to send official transcripts from each high school you have attended. Your school report and counselor rec. though should be completed by your current school. Your former schools can submit additional information if you feel it will provide more context to your application.

Recommendation policy: JHU requires applicants to submit 2 letters of recommendation. One recommendation must be from your guidance counselor and the other must be from a teacher. You may choose which ever teacher you want to submit your letter of recommendation. Applicants may submit additional letters of recommendation, but we request no more than 4 total letters of recommendation be sent. These additional recommendations are not required, but will be accepted.

Supplemental information: You may choose to submit any supplemental information you want. If you are choosing to submit a research paper, we suggest a research abstract or summary, rather than the full paper.

Faculty are not involved in the admissions process at Hopkins. All admissions documents are reviewed by the Admissions committee and therefore we request that supplemental information not be too cumbersome to review.
