Haven’t created a commonapp account or application yet but I plan on doing so this weekend.
I also plan on asking my teachers to write LoRs tomorrow and I just want to know if I upload the letters or if they email it to the school or do I need to print and mail it or what (in order to give ample time to write and send off these letters)
ALSO, should I report my AP scores if they are all 3s? I really slacked off last year and I worry that it’ll hurt my application

You are just going to ask your teachers to write LORs now? It’s holiday time and most schools break for the winter break soon. Your teachers should be using common app or Naviance to upload their LORs. My kids asked their teachers end of junior year to write their LORs. Some teachers would only write limited number of LORs.
If you took AP courses, adcoms would expect to see your AP scores. They are not required, but if you don’t report them then adcoms may assume the worst anyway.
Where do you go to school? In the States? I am surprised no one advised you to get the LORs done earlier. You will also need your GC to send in a LOR and transcript. My kid’s school required the kids to have their college list done by Nov or they wouldn’t guarantee to have all supporting materials ready by Jan 1.
