<p>i definitely wouldn't give them another whole essay to read. i think they would be extremely grouchy and unhappy when rating your application, unless you have something incredibly amazing to say.</p>
<p>No. You can only send in supplement materials, but even those are frowned upon unless you're amazingly talented.</p>
