I haven't taken any art classes and I have a lot of ecs I'm pretty intense about but as a personal hobby, I'm really into painting and drawing. I'm not AMAZING but I think I'm good (good enough for it to be considered a "talent" I think). I don't compete anywhere or take any special classes but I think I can get set up a nice portfolio. I'm not writing essays about it, no recs of mine mention it as its not something most people know about me, it's not a huge part of my life or anything, but would it still be worth adding an art supplement especially to some of the really competitive schools I'm applying to or are art supplements really meant for people who with tons of art classes and awards who plan to do something art related in college?

No one? Really?
BUMP

Your last line said it perfectly; remember out of the 10 percent or so applicants that submit supplements to colleges, only probably 4-7 percent of those are considered admission changing decisions. If your supplement is poor/mediocre/average, it won't do much to add to your applicant and might actually hurt it...
