Supporting Docs Lost in the Mail?!

I applied to Brandeis on the 5th, ED. They say they've received everyone except for my teacher eval, my transcript, and my school report. My GC says she sent my transcript and school report before Thanksgiving break. My teacher eval was sent in on the 9th. I'm panicked. The worst part is that I can't do anything about it. I had my teacher redo the eval, and that was resent on Wednesday. My GC said she'd call them, but I haven't heard back from her because I only went to school once this week. (I've had a few medical emergencies this week.) How much will this affect my chances? Will the admissions officers realize that everything I'm responsible for was sent in on time? Will they understand how out of my control this situation is?

I'm seriously panicking

This kind of thing happens ever year, adcoms are used to it. However, perhaps not so much for one applicant, sure your HS has the right address?

Also, it takes awhile for schools to enter incoming documents, something mailed before Thanksgiving might have arrived but not yet be logged into their system.

Bump .

Brandeis finally says they’ve received my school report and transcript. Still nothing on the teacher eval, which was sent twice. Once on the 9th and once on the 27th.

Call tomorrow and see if they’ve received but not processed the evaluation. I wouldn’t go into crisis mode for now, especially since supplemental forms are often given a week or two in extension while files are created and LACs will probably be much more lenient with your application than would a bigger school since they have less bulk to manage.
