<p>I can’t find any news articles but there has been an email sent out. Be sure to tell your kids to always go out in groups of 2+ at night.</p>
<p>I believe the incident happened at 4:25 AM. I’m not at all blaming the victim, but I would definitely be very cautious if out walking during the night. Groups of 2+ is a very good idea. Males with females would be helpful too.</p>
<p>Nothing good happens between midnight and about 6 am. Being out at that time anywhere is risky.</p>
