Nice to know, but natural oxygen is my preferred choice of inhalable gas. I find that it has a nice sweet but tangy flavor to it
I think “better breathability” refers to the duckbill design.
It’s certified for fluid resistance, so apparently able to be dual purpose labeled. I haven’t tried that one, but I like duck bills. They don’t collapse on your face. The Halyard Fluid shield is one of my all time favorites.
Have you tried ear savers, with homemade or store bought? What I do is add a buckle to the ends of my earloop masks to get a good seal.
For someone with a “big head” (LOL) you could string hair ties together until you get it to the length you need, add the buckle on either side of the hair tie or rubber band chain, and then clip that around both ends.
Or there are countless other variations you could make or buy, but the buckles at EMT favorite. Even a small dollar store cat collar would be a good option, especially if it’s stretchy. One of those options should take ALL of the tension and pain off your ears.
Hoe it works out for you! Take care and stay safe, fellow internet stranger!
Are you an adult with a very small face? I don’t wear them anymore - I now wear kf94’s and love them so much for so many reasons - but if you are part of the teeny tiny head squad like me (LMAO I just made that up) maybe you could try wearing a kid size surgical or procedure mask. At least for me they fit just about perfectly & cut way down on side gaps. Not to mention it doesn’t look like my face is drowning in them.
Can’t figure out how to edit to fix typos so I’ll do it in another comment:
LOL, instead of “EMT favorite” it should say “are my favorite”.
I ordered my masks on Thursday. They were delivered to my doorstep today. They’re the KF-94 Sunwo ultra 3D from MikoPlace in Hong Kong. Just under$1.50 apiece. They’re more breathable and protective than others we’ve tried.
Same here! I got the Masklabs blueberry and tie the small knot. They are very comfortable.
I’m still having shipping issues with Masklab
I ordered 12/31 & received the shipment 1/14.
