<p>This is for students currently at Cal, more specifically people from outside the state. Was the admission to Berkeley a shock? i.e. you didn't think you would get in for whatever reason. I know it's really difficult for OOS students to get in even with high SATs/gpa so this thread will be really appreciated for the students are waiting for their decision. Thanks!</p>
