<p>I was amazed to find a rejection letter for me at JHU. But I guess I am accepting it, I mean 13k applicant increase is insane, taking Economics101 I can see how our capitalist system made such a large competetive applicant pool (but that reduces deadweight loss!). But I am an african american, with a 2280 in one sitting and a 2320 overall, a tasper, a researcher, but a 3.56 GPA. Nonetheless I am in shock as it was my number one choice, and I actually took days off to write an essay for it.</p>
