Suspended from school sophomore year

I am a senior year now, but was bullied for the first three years of high school. I got in a fight with a student after constant name calling and having the way I talked being made fun of (I have a speech impediment) in 10th grade. We got into a fight after I hit him first, but I was considered a victim by old school in the circumstance.

So, do I still have to respond to this: "Have you ever been found responsible for a disciplinary violation at any educational institution you have attended from the 9th grade (or the international equivalent) forward, whether related to academic misconduct or behavioral misconduct, that resulted in a disciplinary action? These actions could include, but are not limited to: probation, suspension, removal, dismissal, or expulsion from the institution."

I think you have to respond, but I think it’s fine if you say no :).

Maybe there’s a chance that somehow the school reports it of course, but I doubt it.

I wonder how much that sort of thing can affect your application. Do you get a chance to explain it, or no?

That is something I would ask your GC

I agree, you need to ask your GC.

If you were considered a victim, why were you still suspended?

I was suspended because I punched him.first, but ill just write a response anyways
