Suspension and acceptance rescinded?

Hello all,

I’m stuck in a situation now. Two months previously, I was attacked by a guy. The high school’s discipline board reviewed the security footage and suspended the guy for two weeks. I did not take it to the police because my family is broke and I am not on good terms with them either, so I didn’t feel comfortable escalating it (stupid of me, I know). Now he is released from suspension and is not allowed to come near me. But I would like to know what I can do to alert the colleges he was accepted to about his suspension, so they can reconsider whether or not to admit him. I think he might re-offend in college, so I’m worried. The colleges who accepted him are notably university of Chicago, Boston college, rice university, some UC schools. Should I just email their admissions offices? I’m not sure if they would believe me, but my high school’s administration can back me up

unless YOU are planning on going to one of those colleges, its time to move on.

Don’t do it. If anyone should notify colleges it should be an official from your HS, certainly not you. I imagine the suspension will show up on his final transcript.

I agree with happy1. This should be handled officially by the school.

You are not suck in any situation. The disciplinary record of someone else is not your business. If he fails to disclose he’ll face the consequences of that too.

This is a job for his guidance counselor, not you. Move on and stay away from that creep.
