suspension/transfer after application submitted

<p>Hello,
I'm looking for advice on how to handle a suspension and transfer to another high school after college applications have been submitted to UCs and CSUs. A little about the student:
4.3 GPA
2100 SAT
32 ACT
Suspended for alcohol and transferred to another High School half way through his senior year.
I know his Senior year transcripts will raise red flags and would like advice on how to handle this set-back. </p>

<p>He should contact the GC at his new school to see how to best handle this. I doubt it’s the first time it has happened.</p>
