<p>Freshman year I got into a very small altercation with another student...She hit me, I did not hit her back, but the school said I was involved verbally. So suspended for 3 days. I moved about a year later and go to a different school. The incident does not appear on my transcript and no one here knows about it, meaning a counselor or teacher will not mention it on a recommendation. </p>

<p>Do not mention it. First of all, it was freshman year. Secondly, you go to a different school and there is no chance it will be mentioned or show up on your transcript. Others may answer your question differently, but I would absolutely not mention it, and I know quite a bit about this subject. :)</p>
