Does UCB care about suspensions that happen during second semester? DO they even ask about it? Do i need to tell them?

If they find out i got suspended, will my admission be rescinded?

It is for copying on a test..

I don’t think they ask for it but most suspensions are listed on high school record, so it will be better to tell them beforehand than having them finding out later when they receive your HS record.
And one thing that we value the most at Berkeley is integrity so if they do find out that you got suspended for copying a test … uh most likely they will rescind their admission.

cheating is pretty serious, especially for prestigious schools like Berk.

Berkeley will most definitely rescind you if they find out that you cheated.

But that brings up the question: how will they find out?

If your school doesn’t list your disciplinary record on your transcript and if your GPA still holds after copying on a test, I think you’re safe.

The office of undergraduate admissions doesn’t have the luxury of looking through every student’s disciplinary records.
