<p>My son is in Sutherland House. I understand finding room dimensions is near impossible, so I wondered if anyone has a good idea about rug size and TV stand? I really don't want to wait and purchase when we arrive in Nashville but I also assume space is very limited. They will have a 26" flat screen. Thanks!</p>
