SVA vs Pratt, Fine arts major

Hi,
I’m an international student coming to study art in NY next year.
I got accepted to SVA and Pratt and urgently need to decide which one of them I will be attending, but I’m having a hard time to make the choice.
among my considerations is the fact that I am 24 and a transfer student (I have about 30 credits from humanities study in a university here but no studio credits) and have experience working with some art groups. I got the feeling Pratt has a better reputation but I’m afraid I’ll feel trapped and isolated in the campus, being outside of Manhattan, especially if the population there is mainly 18 y/o kids (who might be smart, creative and fascinating people but the age/experience factor still makes a difference). Whereas SVA’s population sounded more diverse to me and its scattered campus (which I had not seen) made me associate it with a greater sense of ‘freedom’.
Also I keep hearing this artsy/commercial thing and I don’t really get what it means.
I want to attend a good school with good professors, facilities and curriculum, one that will allow experimentation but will also give me practical and business oriented skills-
But mainly I want to be inspired, an adventure.
Any thoughts on which one of the schools I should attend?

P.s
Oh, Pratt also granted me a scholarship that covers half of the tuition
