swapping the same class for better time slots

<p>I'm trying to swap anthro 100 with the same class, just a different lecture time. However, it won't let me because it says its a duplicate class. All of the discussions are filled up as well so I am afraid to drop it completely, and then pick it up again. If i drop it will that discussion open up again or no?</p>

<p>right, that’s what i tried to do but it wouldnt let me because it said i was already enrolled in that class</p>

<p>It should work… maybe try the tutorial or FAQ on the DoIT website for Student Center - how to swap a class. Or call DoIT help line or try the online chat for DoIT.</p>
