Hey everyone! I thought I’d start a forum for prospective transfer to share stats, decision outcomes, and any questions.
My STATS:
College: The College of New Jersey
GPA: 3.90
Class: Junior - 64 credits
Major/Minor: Psychology (Clinical/Counseling) and Philosophy
Major GPA: 3.93
Minor GPA: 4.0
HS GPA: Around 85/100 (3 AP’s)
EC’s & Awards: REACH Lab Researcher, Academic Tutor -(Psychology, English, and Math), Research Assistant in Senior Honors Thesis, Psychology Student Advisory Board, Bonner Scholar, Psychology & Neuroscience Club, Published Research in Journal of Student Scholarship, Hoffman Prize, Psi Chi Honors Society, and Dean’s List Student.
Hi all, I am also applying as a transfer student for the Fall 2021 Semester. I will include some information below to help you all out.
Current University: Arizona State University - Barrett Honors College
Current College GPA: 4.02 (Capped at 4)
Current Year: Freshmen (Transferring as a Sophomore)
Race: Hispanic
ACT: 31
Current Major: Political Science
HS GPA: Can’t remember but pretty poor, somewhere around average unweighted.
I contacted them today, they said that if I sent it they have it. Weird, is that they updated my high school transcript status, that I submitted way after my college transcript.

Highschool GPA: very poor, but i explained it in my essay
SAT: not submitting
ECs:
•Started a non-profit to help victims of a shooting that raised 3000$
•vaccination center volunteer
•student government
•work for a local campaign
•volunteered for the bernie sanders campaign
•head of a scholarship fund at my college which grants 200$ to students in need (the cost of one course)
•student representative for curriculum council
Also applied to Vanderbilt, Cornell (rejected), USC, and Scripps College
