Swedish language?

It seems UNC doesn't offer Swedish as a language choice, but does anyone know if there's other programs outside UNC which would let me take it for credit at UNC?

Right now I'm signed up for Arabic, but I'm a little worried the rest of my semester isn't going to permit me enough time to do well in the class since everyone says it's so difficult, and Swedish would be my next choice.

You may be able to take it at Duke and have the credits transfer back to UNC.

Doesn’t seem like Duke offers it either. [Languages at Duke](<a href=“Languages at Duke | Trinity College of Arts & Sciences”>http://languages.duke.edu/)

… pick something else

If I wanted to pick something else, I wouldn’t have asked people for options for Swedish. /shrug

Depending on where you live, you could try to take it at a local University and see if it will transfer to UNC. You could also try to see if it is offered at NC State.

Looked at NC State too… doesn’t seem to be anything.

I’m going to be attending UNC in the fall so I was just seeing if anyone knew of any options. I’m happy to take Arabic, and Isleem is supposed to be awesome, I’m just worried about the time commitment.
