I’ve just been accepted off the waitlist for UCLA Biochemistry program. I have another offer from a pretty well respected university but for engineering. I’d rather go to UCLA because of the facilities it has, but I am a big math and engineering fan. Would changing majors be difficult?

Are you a transfer student or are you a freshman?
Either way you’d be fine since you are already accepted to either school. The major difference between the biochem and Chem E majors is that with Chem E you will do the same amount of chemistry, less biology, more math and a higher level of physics.

Yea you’d be fine. Chem E is definitely the more difficult major but choose what ever you’d enjoy more.
