Switching colleges because of major UCD -> CSU

Hi, recently I decided (after taking some classes) that I wanted to switch into accounting. The problem is I already transferred from my cc to UC Davis. I decided to switch into accounting in the summer after I had already attended orientation and signed a lease for an apartment so I decided to stick with UCD for a year. However, UCD has very little accounting classes since it does not offer an accounting program or major. I was wondering what your guys’ opinions would be. I was considering transferring to a CSU like CSU Sacramento, since they have an accounting program and the big four companies recruit from there. It was quite a bummer because I had gotten into USC as well but chose UCD over USC which I now regret because USC has one of the top accounting schools in California. I would apply to USC again but I don’t think I would get in again.

CSU’s accept Junior level transfers so 60 semester/90 quarter units. My older son’s roommate from last year was a Managerial Econ major and successfully transferred to USC his Junior year for Business. I would continue at UCD and apply for Fall 2017 at USC if costs are not an issue.
