Switching from AP Physics to regular Physics bad for colleges?

Well, I've already applied to schools such as:

All the top-tier UC's (UCLA UC berkeley, some other UC's like davis and santa barbara as safeties)
Stanford
NYU
Upenn
Harvard
Wash u in st louis

and I have pretty decent stats (2200 SAT, 4.5 GPA, lots of extracurriculars, etc), and I've already taken 8 APs throughout the course of my high school career, and was wondering if only taking 1 AP this semester (AP language...our school has a block schedule where we take four new classes every half year) after taking 2 APs last semester would affect my college decisions.

I really want to have a light schedule for more extracurricular activities that I didn't have time for the last two years, but my counselor advised that I keep AP Physics to show that I haven't slacked off my senior year

What do you guys think?

just keep ap physics.
suck it up for one more semester is my advice. otherwise, colleges may see that as a sign that you're going downhill.
