hey, so for fall 2009 i am going to be a freshmen under bioengineering. lately however i think i might want to switch to something in the college of letters and sciences (maybe biology or something economics-related). basically i'm wondering if this is even possible, and if it is, how hard is it to do?

i heard it is pretty easy to switch out, but switching back in is hard, i would say take some classes in those fields, if you like them enough then switch, if you don’t you’ll still be in engineering school to go with bioengineering

im actually in the exact same situation as you. i was admitted as a bioE major but im considering switching to biochem or something similar. from what i hear it is pretty easy to switch out of the engineering school, but that it is hard to switch back in if you chose to
