Switching into Chemical Biology

I am currently a first year MCB major right now and I heard that it is possible to switch and become a Chem Bio major. I realized that I am much more interested in the chemical sciences than the biological sciences, so I am seriously contemplating making the switch.

I already checked out the major requirements and worked out the classes that I am to take.

Now... Does anybody know the process of switching colleges?
I need some advice.

I think you need to see your advisor at the college you're in (College of Letters and Sciences?). He/she should know what paperwork you need to fill out, and other stuff you need to do before switching colleges. I heard it's a lot of hassle, but it's worth it if Chem Bio is what you really want to do. Then, if you don't get all the answers you need at your College you can visit 420 Latimer where you can meet with advisors to get more info. Good luck, and after your successful transfer, welcome to the College of Chemistry!

Thank you.

I heard it's very hard to transfer into the College of Chemistry. Last year, I applied into that college under the Chemical Biology major, and got in, but I didn't attend.
