I applied to UCF as an Information Technology major, however I have recently change my mind. I want to double major in Computer Science and Business. Would I address my change in major and my second major during orientation, or do I need to do that before then?

Reasons for wanting to switch:

Information Technology is too broad. Also, it only requires beginning classes in math and science.

Computer Science, however, requires multiple high level classes in both math and science. The curriculum is also more challenging.

With both Computer Science and Business I can then decide if I want to go on to Med. School or go and get my MBA.

I’d say wait until orientation. They have a time when they ask if anyone wants to change majors and you can talk to the advisor and such.

Thank you infeatheredeyes, I thought that is what they would do.
