Hi,
I was recently admitted to UCLA for Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. How difficult would it be to switch my major to Bioengineering? Also, can someone explain the steps/process to switching? Thanks for the help!
So as an MCDB major, I believe I have to take math 31A, 31B, etc. and chemistry anyways. So if I do want to switch majors, but I don’t get into Bioengineering after one term, is it true that I won’t lose anything, since I would have had to take those courses anyways?
Yes, except that you can’t switch in to HSSEAS after one term. It’ll take at least 2 quarters.
