Switching out of Computer Eng

I am currently in my junior year and I've grown to dislike computer engineering.
1.) I do not see myself doing it as a career
2.) I lack the technical skills such as programming, etc.
3.) Grades are starting to decline.

I know junior year is a horrible time to swich majors, but does any one have any suggested majors to switch to?(Yes, a very broad question)

I was thinking in the path of MIS or Computer Forensics. Thoughts?
(I still have love for computers <3)

I suppose MIS is okay… since you probably are done with the programming track (majority)…
I don’t see why you have MIS or CF when there is still programming involve (and some levels of hardware…)

I don’t know about Computer Forensics, but MIS will still have programming. I guess you could do a hardware or forensics specialization within MIS but you could also do the same in CompE.

I do know how to program, but i just wouldn’t write that i am “proficient at programming”.
jwxie - I wrote those just as something that crossed my mind that seemed interesting.

any suggested majors?

What would you like to do?

Electrical Engineering? You could find yourself a subfield that may not require you to be a programming guru.

I don’t feel like staying in the engineering field.
I like computers, but i just don’t like programming.
I’m an outgoing person, but I feel that the ECE curriculum shells me.
i WOULD like to do something interesting, i like the arts, but I’m still trying to find a major that would take me far in a career.

Business or Economics

A teacher.
