Switching to online high school?

I'm in my junior year of high school and thinking about switching to an online high school full time.

Basically I attended a public high school that always ranked within the top fifty in the nation. But due to personal reasons, I was moved to another city and another school. Now this new school isn't entirely horrible. It's thought to be in the top 200 and serves as a feeder school to my dream university. But because I transferred in somewhat late, I'm not allowed to stay in all of the classes I was in because they're full here. I'm dropping from five APs to three.

I normally wouldn't have that much of a problem with my lack of APs but the regular classes the counselors have placed me in are way to easy. Like, I feel as though I'm wasting so much time everyday. All of my teachers thought I wouldn't be able to catch up fast enough but after the first couple of days, I was able to advance much farther into their curriculum than they had in three months.

I have thought about just taking courses online instead of finishing my high school education but my extracurriculars would not allow me the time I'd need outside of school.

So I'm just wondering which would help me get to the college I want.
Should I just deal with it and stay in this new school or pull myself out and join an online high school. I have thought about Stanford's epgy but it seems like it's too late for me to apply. My other choices would be the program by Indiana University or Keystone.

Will the scheduling issues get better for next semester? Have you gone back to the counselor to try to get your schedule improved?

Yes I have talked to my counselor. I have gone to each teacher of the courses I would’ve been in to confirm that there was no space for me.
The school doesn’t work on a semester based system so this’ll be my schedule for the rest of my junior year.
