I received an email asking if I wanted to be put on the waitlist for Newhouse. If I accept, and they do offer me a place, is the offer binding, or will it not matter if it’s not my first choice?</p>
<p>^^not binding…were you accepted to a different school at SU or just the waitlist in Newhouse? just curious, did you specify a major in Newhouse with your app?</p>
<p>When they call you with the place off the waitlist, you will have a certain amount of time (usually 24-36 hours) to decide…</p>

Just waitlist Newhouse. I didn’t put down any other schools/choices for Syracuse. I didn’t specify a major for Newhouse though, no. I was pretty unsure when I applied, and am still unsure. I don’t think I even want to do undergrad in the field anymore.</p>
