but like its like what the chat predicted was true. like i keep getting December vibes and don’t know why. ill try to be optimistic with whatever the decision is for me.
Then I don’t think your aid is updated yet. It’s not all released at once. They’ll send you an email telling you your financial aid package is ready when it as. Right now I only have the scholarship too

Q: When do they send the rejected and waitlisted emails ?
A: “They will be mixed in with other decisions in the following weeks.”
I think this means that more acceptances are coming either this week or in the weeks to follow. I did not receive an email today and I’m super disappointed. But it seems like there might be a little bit of hope left to get admitted. So if you didn’t get an email today like me, I wouldn’t give out just yet. We just need to be patient.

Is it though? On Instagram, Syracuse said they know it’s stressful, but they will be reviewing applications until early April (if necessary) and to not read to much into not getting an email because it does not mean it’s a no and that “anything can happen”. Trust me, I know it’s stressful. I’m not saying it’s gonna be rainbows from here on and out, but in the same way perhaps convincing yourself acceptance is certain is unhealthy, so is convincing yourself rejection is inevitable.

I am totally aware that a rejection or waitlist is likely. In fact, before today, I told myself that I thought I was going to get rejected and I genuinely stuck to that philosophy. However, when there is genuine reason for hope, I won’t hesitate to give myself some hope. It looks pretty gloomy for me and I’m sure for other people who did not receive an email. But you haven’t been rejected or waitlisted yet, and there is a legitimate that you will be let in.

" Don’t lose hope! Many more decisions will come out in the coming weeks - letters will be sent in batches! It’s all blended together, and you could still be admitted if you weren’t today. You just have to be patient! "

Exactly! It’s so stressful, but they literally confirmed more acceptances are to come. So we can’t jump to conclusions, it’s just bad on our mental health for no reason.
