My parents haven’t filled out the form thing on the my slice portal - can they still do that; and if so will i get more FA?

1370 SAT, 3.8 GPA, great interview with my AO, a variety of ECs, and I didn’t get an email. Obviously I’m no shoe-in, but I thought I had a pretty good chance so I’m disappointed. Maybe I’ll get lucky and get an acceptance in the coming weeks but it seems unlikely.

i also had a great interview when i was doing early decision. but its confirmed that there is going to be more acceptances coming out.

My son hasn’t heard yet either. Similar stats. He attended the Summer Program (Sports Analytics) before his junior year of high school for two weeks. Have you heard any acceptances to this program? Analytics or Management?
Don’t worry, I had similar stats (did not have an interview though) so I think you still have a good chance. Also could be you might have applied to a tough program and they want to see if there is space for you. Whatever the reason you are waiting, you should not give up hope.
We haven’t heard either. My friend’s daughter got accepted (with no money so it’s out) to the same major as my daughter (psychology). I don’t know her stats, but I know my D was accepted to UConn Storrs and this girl was accepted to UConn but not Storrs. I think it’s a crappy way for Syracuse to do things, but I’m sure they’ll be more acceptances coming.
I was accepted last Friday with no scholarship, just a merit grant. I have good stats so I don’t understand why I didn’t receive more. A friend of mine has much lower stats, applied to same program and receive a scholarship. Makes no sense. But I was accepted to UConn storrs as well

This year has just been nuts. UConn and Syracuse we’re her to pick 2, but UConn gave us $0 so she can’t go there. I’m not holding out much hope for Syracuse to match their NPC even she gets accepted, UConn is great, you should be excited! Good luck!

Nope. While CC is not representative, that there have,been no SM or SA admis on here (RD at least), I still have hope.

Yes, I did hear of an acceptance for sports analytics.
Aid wasn’t mentioned in the acceptance letter but was on my slice.
The GPA for transfer to Newhouse changes every year because it depends on how many slots are open so if for example, they have 10 spaces open in Newhouse, they take from the transfer applicants the 10 with the highest GPA’s. In the past years, the GPA has been 3.8 or 3.9 to get into Newhouse as an internal transfer.
WOW! A student has to be VERY committed to transferring to maintain that GPA. Impressive. Newhouse is worth it.

Our aid is empty and her year of aid is incorrect. It reads 2022. We called the financial aid department and they it could take up to a week to update the portal.

Just got an email this morning about new missing financial aid information ,didn’t get a decision email on Friday, is this a good sign?

it wont let me log onto my portal - it says my log in is invalid whenever I try (I had my login saved automatically and I’ve never had a problem in the past)
