wait I’ve been logging in through the proxy/parent/temporary portal this whole time and it’s always worked but now it doesnt work but the student portal is working now? I never tried to log in through that part before so idk if thats always worked

so i sent a letter of continued interest back in February but was left with an automated message telling me that there out reviewing applications and I’m now scared that the admissions office didn’t get the chance to read it.
I’ve logged in with the student one from the start and I never thought anything of it, I don’t think that it means anything.
My DD got an acceptance email on 3/19 and an invitation to a virtual admitted student and family event which occurred yesterday. It’s certainly possible they are still admitting students but I’d think most admissions decision would have been released on 3/19 to attend the event on 3/21. Good luck.
Try to click on the 2022 - It makes no sense but that is where I found the information. LMK if it works for you.
SU received 39,000 applications this admissions season.
They run several admitted student events.
Syracuse specifically said in their Instagram comments that more acceptances will be released over the next few weeks.

Does anyone know why Syracuse releases in batches? Is there a certain reason why some people are included in the first batch while others have to wait?

I can’t seem to post an image but on My Slice click on ‘My Financial Aid’ then click on Aid Year 2022 and there are other page options with the offer, COA, etc.
on mine the “2022” itself is linked. It’s mad tiny though!

so I just went to check my portal to make sure everything is squared away for the thousandth time, and when I tried logging in using the “parent/proxy” tab, which is what applicants normally use or at least I have used to login since I submitted my application, it said login invalid. so I tried logging in using the student tab instead, which im assuming is for current enrolled students, it let me log in. I’m wondering if anyone else experienced this or if anyone thinks it means anything ? I have not yet heard back either
