I called the Syracuse financial aid office to help with my fafsa. I asked if she knew when the ED admission acceptance will be released and she said early Januaryā€¦ That doesnā€™t even seem accurate though:(

the website says prior to jan 1 so i donā€™t think that is true

That can not be true! One reason Syracuse used as motivation for students to do ED was to save money on college apps bc we would know before others were due. For that reason, it has to be this week to give students time to submit before Jan.1

The financial aid packages will come out in early January - not the admissions decisions.

I think the only thing that we know at this point is that they are not going to give a straight answer! I believe the ED1 round will start by Friday and most decisions will be out by the 23rd when they leave for the holiday. Students need to know in order to prepare/submit other applications by January 1. I bet when they reference ED decisions into January these are for EDII.

I really hope they come out today. Iā€™m not feeling it, but who knows. I still think Friday. Thoughts? Itā€™s almost like I wish the answer will just fall out of the sky or randomly show up, lol.

I agree I think it will be Friday but Iā€™m hoping for today. Good luck everyone!!!

Anyone ED to food studies at falk?

Not me. Iā€™m ME at ECS.

FAFSA will send you and email but CSS will have a msg on its site after receiving all requested docs.

After sending in Fafsa and css nothing more was required. We called admissions and they said all was good for now
