Wow! at least you guys are getting some form of communication. I take it like its good news. We have not heard from Syracuse at all. Not about financial aid or anything else.!!! Hopefully we will hear back soon.

@MrElonMusk and @kisakyamaliya dont’ be discouraged. Could just be that our documents needed clarification and your documents required no additional info.
Anyone know whether merit $ will be awarded in acceptance letters on Friday (if in fact decisions come out on Friday)

I’m sorry if this causes any stress. I see a new development on MySlice: when I click on “My Financial Aid” on MySlice, as of yesterday it only had the hearing “Select Aid Year to View.” As of today, there is now an additional few bars of information which include the option to select the aid year of “2019” for “Syracuse University.” It also says “you have no financial aid awards at this time,” but that entire row is new. Does anyone else see this?
@YoungOne4 we have the same change today. D has already been accepted.
I also see that change in my myslice! hoping this is a good sign for friday
@YoungOne4 - the additional form we were asked to do was called Asset Confirmation, but in the lower right it had a box that said “2019 Asset Confirmation”. So maybe they consider 18/19 school year to be “2019” for aid purposes?
thanks @ski_racer… curious if can share stats and merit $? Just trying to benchmark but know the awards can be very random and assume you were ED?
My DS only has an aid year of 2019 as an option in My Slice as of today…indicating “no financial awards at this time”. Also does everyone have a “My Slice” tab, as well as a “New Tab 1” and “New Tab 2” at the top?

@A1A1A1 I wasn’t ED but I’m unique among Syracuse applicants in that I’m a high stats girl from Idaho going for engineering. 1570/35 and 4.0/4.3 with six 5s and one 4. I was awarded $28k/yr.
