My son received his acceptance today. Dual enrollment College of Arts and Sciences and Whitman School of Management. Received $28k annual Whitman Leadership Scholar Award. His stats:
1480 SAT (780 math, 700 English)
96 unweighted GPA, 101 weighted
7 AP classes, 2 SUPA classes, all honors
Top 5% of class
Interns at credit union,
NHS, Science Olympiad
Multiple awards in science and business classes
His sister is junior at Syracuse University
@quesokatie I applied to the school of education as a Elementary/Special Education focus and I got a scholarship of 28k/year! hope this helps 
My son got in today also. RD applicant Engineering with a $28/yr scholarship. Good luck all
Btw. He did visit but no interview. 4.2 WGPA. 32 ACT.
Congrats @Mom3kid Does everyone see “Admission Acceptance Form” under “Applicant Services” on your MySlice page? Also, is anyone else getting an “error” message when they click on the FA links?

Admission acceptance form has been there from the start. If you click on it the form isn’t actually available yet. When my daughter clicks on the financial aid links it says to click on the year to view her aid package but no years are actually listed. There is not an error message. The financial aid to do list says that her material is up to date.

Looks like Syracuse have identified the top applicants from RD round who will get the highest scholarships - and rather than risk these applicants accepting another school they are getting the offers out now to maximize the chance of getting these students to accept Syracuse. Many of my Ds class mates are making decisions now based on EA offers and not waiting on RD round to make the final call. My D has 5 EA offers and waiting on 6 colleges RD round - some very good offers with merit scholarships so I can see how tempting if maybe to decide now and get it over with - this is such a long drawn out and often stressful process.

I applied to the Falk School, has anyone who applied to this school received their decision yet? Ik its a small pool, but I’m slightly concerned about the lack of response.
When will I hear from Syracuse I applied in December. Do people hear every Friday? Or random days? Or do we hear a set date?
I think it comes in waves every Friday after 4pm, but I’m not sure.
I haven’t checked the portal in a while. Today I did. Did it always have “ new tabs 1 and New tabs 2”?

If not admitted to first choice major, will Syracuse actually consider second and third choice?
Ours has always had the New Tabs there from day 1.

hi all - random question of the day – as we await RD…is there anyway to predict merit $ at SU? – just looking for rough range - top national HS, 31 ACT, 4.4 WGPA, solid extracurricular… or is just to tough to predict??
