I did cornell, clarkson, RIT, syracuse, NYU, stony, buffalo and cunys. got into most cunys, buffalo, clarkson. waiting for the rest.</p>
<p>I applied CAS for Psychology! Hoping with my fingers crossed the tightest that my sats are enough!</p>
<p>i applied CAS - HIST. but im not gonna go since i was accepted to Illinois. waiting on 21 schools (including Syracuse). srsly the only reason i applied was bcoz melo was beasting in november-december lol.</p>
<p>Oh god, an increase in applications does not sound good for me… I really hope CAS isn’t going to be much harder to get into?</p>
<p>The whole SU admissions process is quite archaic .i was looking at last years thread and some students were still waiting for decision in May. I think that is crazy since most if not all schools need there deposits by May 1st. Families are financially tied up as it is and the idea of paying enrollment fee then getting decision too late is too expensive for some families. I am begining to think the whole acceptence process is flawed and out dated in lieu of all the technology available today. Hopefully all RD Syracuse admiitances and or rejections are available at a more civilized time this year</p>
<p>I do not believe SU admissions process is archaic. Those waiting to hear in May were most likely wait listed, and would not receive any confirmation until RD deposit deadline has passed. Also, CC is anonymous and is not “fact checked”. There is a good chance what was posted was not true.</p>
<p>Does anyone know what is the admitted rate for school of engineering? Does Syracuse have common data set? I googled it and there’s nothing that comes up.</p>

<p>My son’s Myslice still says his midterm grades haven’t even been received yet. Steponit17 what program was your friend applying for acceptance? That might make a difference.</p>
<p>I made sure that I applied for regular decision (and i just checked it right now) and i got an acceptance letter as well…</p>

<p>Just went back and checked again. It no longer says his midterm grades are needed. Where does the e-mail appear? Under the Applicant Services it says Admission Acceptance Form but when I click on that it doesn’t go anywhere.</p>
